Dated August 27, 2008
The "Pamamanhikan" was held on August 27, 2008. PJ's family went to our house together with his uncle, auntie and his brother. It was so fun because most of them (our family and his family) bonded each other. Actually, we don’t have much talk about the wedding; it’s just a usual conversation like getting to know each other. The picture on the right side is Ogalino's family, that's the time we are waiting for them before we have our lunch. We invited my grandma, uncle, auntie, ninong and my ninang, all of them are from father side. They wanted to meet PJ's family because I’m the first grandchildren that will get married. I’m very happy because they are too supportive including my immediate family, even my sister in Singapore got a chance to chat with us just to see them. My mom cook a lot even we know that PJ's family will bring some food. After the "Pamamanhikan", we went to Fernbrook Gardens for food tasting with our caterer. It’s the time that PJ’s family will judge if the food will be okay for our wedding and the outcome is thumbs up!
